Privacy Policy

This policy covers howardcreativeco.com and chriskhoward.com, operated by Chris K. Howard, LLC (trading as Howard Creative Co.), Houston, Texas.

Information you give me

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, message, and any optional details you choose to add (company, budget, timeline, current platform, and how you heard about me). I use this to reply to you and to manage the project conversation. Specifically:

  • Your message is emailed to me, and you get an automatic confirmation email.
  • Your details are saved as a contact and a deal in my HubSpot CRM.
  • Your name and email are added to my email list, managed in Resend. You can unsubscribe from any email I send, or ask me to remove you at any time through the contact page.

Newsletter sign-ups are added to the same email list. Partnership and vendor inquiries are emailed to me but are not added to the CRM or the email list. I do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and tracking

This site uses the following analytics tools, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

  • Google Analytics 4 - how visitors find and use the site
  • Google Tag Manager - loads the tools in this list
  • Microsoft Clarity - anonymized heatmaps and session recordings, used to improve the site

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the site from working.

Links and client areas

Link-in-bio clicks on this site are counted with a coarse country and device type only; no IP address or raw browser data is stored. Client portal and proposal pages are password protected, and information clients submit there is stored so I can deliver their project.

Local storage

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.

Service providers

  • Cloudflare - hosting, CDN, security, and cookieless page analytics
  • HubSpot - CRM for inquiries, and the meeting scheduler (which sets its own cookies when you open it)
  • Resend - email delivery and the email list
  • Sanity - content management for this site's pages and articles
