website care & maintenance

Website care plans that keep your site fast, secure and current.

A website is never finished. Plugins go out of date, forms stop delivering, and the one person who knew how to edit it leaves. A care plan means someone is watching, updating and fixing it every month, so it never becomes a crisis.

what goes wrong without care

The silent break

A contact form stops delivering and nobody notices for months. Monitoring and regular checks catch it in days instead.

The update you skipped

Out-of-date plugins and themes are how most small-business sites get hacked. Updates on a schedule close that door.

The edit that never happens

When a small change has no owner, it waits. A monthly block of edit time means your site stays as current as your business.

this is for you if

  • Nobody on your team owns the website, and it shows.
  • You're on WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify or Webflow and want someone handling updates and backups.
  • You want small edits done in days, not whenever a freelancer is free.

it's not the right fit if

  • Your site needs major work right now. Start with a Fix Sprint, then keep it current.
  • You'd rather update everything yourself and have the time to do it.

how to start

Two plans, depending on who built your site.

An award-winning Oxford chiropractic practice came to us after a previous developer pushed a broken site live. We recovered and rebuilt the original site, then refreshed it into a knowledge-led site the practice runs itself.

common questions

What's the difference between the Site Membership and the Care Plan?

The Site Membership is for sites we didn't build: 30 minutes of edits a month, updates, monitoring, backups where your platform allows them, and a yearly checkup, from $99 a month billed annually. The Care Plan is for sites we build, sized to the build and quoted with it.

Which platforms do you maintain?

WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow and more, plus the Astro and Sanity sites we build.

What if I need an edit fast?

Site Membership includes rush edits in 2 business days for 20% more.

What if my site needs more than maintenance?

Then a Fix Sprint clears the backlog first, from $497, and the membership keeps it current afterwards.
